Nurse Practitioner trained in Addiction Medicine to join a well-established Community Health Center located in S Coastal MA. This Nurse Practitioner will be part of an Integrated Substance Abuse Recovery Program, working with a team to help assure that the patient will sustain long term recovery. This is a full time position for an NP with the MAT experience that you have
The Addiction Nurse Practitioner's responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess the proper treatment plan
- Take histories and physicals
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Work with social services to assist that the patient has a support system in place
he Addiction Nurse Practitioner's qualification
- 2+ years working in Addiction Medicine
- Suboxone Waiver of 100
- Has or can obtain a MA license
