TIME Organization, Inc. is CARF accredited Non-Profit organization that has provided full service Outpatient Mental Health services, Substance Abuse Counseling, PRP services, recovery housing and a host of other wraparound services for over 19 years!!

We are now hiring for the following positions.

1. SCHOOL BASED SUBSTANCE ABUSE PREVENTION COUNSELOR

TIME Organization has contracted with Baltimore City Schools to provide prevention activities and counseling for High School students. In this position you will be assigned to 2 schools with goal of providing prevention awareness for the school and counseling for students who need intervention.

2. IOP/OP SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR

TIME Organization has two thriving substance abuse clinics in Baltimore City and Glen Burnie that provides intensive outpatient, outpatient and DUI/DWI services for adults and adolescents who struggle with addiction. We also have an onsite Suboxone maintenance Doctor who provides Medication Assisted Treatment for those who require that level of intervention. In this position you will have a caseload that you will follow all the way through graduation of programming while working collaboratively with a team of Clinical Therapists and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselors to ensure successful coordination of care!

Qualifications and requirements

Trainee status from Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists or certification as a licensed addiction counselor.
Maintains a professional and positive attitude and approach to patients, staff and visitors.
Perform all duties within their scheduled work week.
Complies with State/Federal or Certification/Licensure training requirements.
