Job Description
We are seeking an EM Physician to join our team at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT.
About the Emergency Department:
- Annual ED Volume: 28,000
- Brand new emergency department - 24 private patient rooms including a double-bay resuscitation room
- 24 hours of Physician Coverage daily
- 12 hour Physician shifts
- 12 hour NP/PA shifts daily
- Bedside registration
- Excellent on-call specialty back-up
- EMR: EmPower
- Bedside ultrasound, fiber optic laryngoscopy, fiber optic nasopharyngoscopy, EZIO, and mobile computers are ALL Available in the ED!
Physician Requirements:
- BC/BE in EM, FM, or IM with previous EM experience
- Current ATLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
