Job Description

 

High Performance Aircraft, Inc., located at Gillespie Field (KSEE) in El Cajon, CA, is currently searching for someone to join our Administrative Team. The ideal applicant will be able to work both independently and as a team member to perform a wide variety of administrative support services, and maintain high standards of customer service.

Duties Include (but not limited to):

Administrative Clerk to Head of Aviation Parts

Bilingual (English and Spanish) e-Commerce and Customer Service Specialist with a Blended role of Inventory Processing and Customer Service.

Assist the Head of Aviation Parts with various day-to-day tasks. Delivering proactive, detailed, personalized service to all clientele. Answers parts department phone and screens emails. Verify, input and update information into the parts inventory software. Update excel spread sheets and e-commerce sites. Must be able to cover all the details and think ahead.

  • Data Entry, printing, and processing of purchase orders and invoices
  • Review invoices for completion, match to purchase orders update inventory software (Verify pricing, customer info, inventory used, etc.)
  • Receiving and Stocking new parts according to inventory management system.
  • Reordering parts to fulfill minimum inventory levels.
  • Follow through with order placements and ensure the shipment of various order requests from different customers; able to use DHL/UPS/FEDEX online shipping centers appropriately.
  • General upkeep and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
  • Maintenance shop errands – home depot, Napa auto parts, Grainger, others.

Requirements:

  • Proficient computer skills including using MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual, communication in both English and Spanish
  • Dependable, punctual and reliable.
  • Self-starter with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
  • Positive and strong customer service mentality.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Calm and resourceful under pressure situations.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver License. Safe driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
