APARTMENT SUPERINTENDENT: Morristown, NJ
OBJECTIVE:
Well established NJ based Real Estate Management Company seeking full-time live-in Apartment Superintendent to join our team of dedicated professionals at our upscale apartment complexes (Approximately 200 Total Units) in Morristown, NJ (all within 2 blocks of each other).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least five (5) years maintenance & repair experience and be highly skilled at plumbing, carpentry, plaster/spackle, painting, tile and general electrical (outlets, switches and fixtures). Seeking self-motivated hard working, trustworthy individual with excellent communication skills.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in Building Construction & Maintenance.
Fast-paced work environment requiring excellent work ethic and strong self-motivation.
Must be well organized with great managerial and communication skills.
Must have valid driver’s license. Background investigation and drug screening will be performed.
