Exercise Rehabilitation Tech

We are seeking an Exercise Rehabilitation Tech who is a bright, caring and energetic individual to join our team! You will execute physical rehabilitative programs and assist the doctors in a busy clinic to improve patient quality of life. Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Assist in the evaluating effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services and evaluation results
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
• Various other clinical and back office tasks
• Maintenance of work environment
• Back-up administrative staff as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field is beneficial, but new graduates are welcomed to apply
• Exercise science, kinesiology, PTA, and sports medicine majors and personal trainers are typically good fits.
• Ability to handle physical workload needed to demonstrate exercises
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learners and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Ability to multitask
• Strong leadership qualities
• Good candidates will have flexible schedules
