THIS POSITION WILL ALLOW REMOTE WORK UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Our client, a personal insurance subsidiary of a F100 conglomerate, is seeking a litigation specialist to represent the firm in claims cases in court. This is a dynamic, quick-paced environment and would be ideal for an attorney looking to further their career, or to make a move in house from a firm.

Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of senior counsel, handle no-fault and bodily injury litigation caseload from inception through trial.
Appear in court on behalf on the firm, including hearings on motions, depositions, and arbitrations.
Prepare initial pleadings and discovery demands/responses

Requirements:

2+ years' experience with insurance defense litigation, with Florida experience required
Knowledge of no-fault and personal injury litigation.
Excellent communication skills - previous roles must include heavy client-facing experience.
Ability to manage a lawsuit from inception through trial.
A JD from an accredited law school, and good standing in Florida
A willingness to travel within the tri-county area
