Full Time Medical Assistant

Ambulatory surgery center specializing in gynecological services seeking a full time medical assistant. Hours include Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays. The ideal candidate will assist providers in minor outpatient surgeries, perform a variety of patient care responsibilities to include, but not limited to: measuring/recording vital signs, collecting specimens and administering injections, instrument sterilization, stocking and preparing exam rooms. Administrative duties include, but not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies.
Requirements- current BLS, High school diploma or equivalent, current RMA/CMA or attended and graduated from an accredited school, basic computer skills, medical terminology.
