Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service/Operational Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Here at Sound Solutions we truly want to give our customers the best product and experience possible. That's where YOU would come in. You would be responsible for making sure that we have happy customers who feel like they are taken care on every front. You will have the opportunity to work with a great, knowledgeable team who will work alongside you to help make you successful.

Responsibilities:

Excellent verbal skills and engaging personality
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and concerns and coordinate with technical staff to solve higher level problems
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
College degree preferred but comparable experience will be considered
