Job Summary
The Compensation Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our organization’s compensation program. Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and manage our organization’s compensation program

- Develop and oversee the administration of our salary survey program
- Prepare and monitor salary budgets and spending
- Develop salary ranges and structure for jobs
- Conduct job evaluations and analyze market data to determine competitive compensation
- Develop and/or implement incentive plans
- Advise management on compensation-related issues
- Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures
- Monitor and analyze state and federal compensation regulations
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation management preferred
- Knowledge of state and federal compensation regulations
- Proven ability to analyze jobs and develop job descriptions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems
