  • Encourage socialization and community engagement among residents
  • Support residents with daily living activities, such as ambulating, transferring, and feeding
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols and facility policies
  • Document resident activities and participation in reports
