Production Maintenance Tech II
Job Summary: This position is responsible for the upkeep of all production equipment, including both reactive and preventative maintenance.
Essential Functions
* Monitors lines to ensure all production equipment is running properly.
* Responds promptly to calls when production equipment malfunctions
* Repairs, programs, rebuilds, inspects, modifies, calibrates, moves, installs, sets up, and maintains all production equipment.
* Performs preventative maintenance on all production equipment during shutdown and weekends to ensure that all production equipment runs as efficiently as possible.
* Enters daily readings into computer system, generates daily and monthly reports, and communicates results.
* Troubleshoots, investigates various facility equipment maintenance systems and repairs as required.
* Operates various types of power lift equipment and performs overhead work.
* Installs and performs electrical tie-ins for conduit and piping for various projects.
* Assists with machine moves including disconnect and hook up.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Assists security during emergency situations.
* Interacts with co-workers, customers, outside vendors and government officials
* Maintains clean working environment
* Continuously seeks to improve processes and procedures
* Promotes a safe working environment
* Communicates with other Associates and Shift Team Leaders regarding production issues.
Requirements
Education: 2-4 year technical degree preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in facility and equipment maintenance preferred.
Skills: Requires knowledge of machines used in production at YNA. Skills needed include a good understanding of plant electrical, mechanical, PLC, HVAC, hydraulics, compressed air system, pneumatics, data entry skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel amp; Word.
Working Conditions: Position requires the ability to bend, twist, reach, perform repetitive arm movements, lift up to 50 pounds, stand on concrete for extended periods of time, work mandatory overtime, and withstand temperatures of up to 100 degrees.
