Become a Delivery Associate/Driver with WDC Delivery LLC

WDC Delivery LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner is looking for individuals who are motivated professionals to join our team. As a delivery associate, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. Full-time and part-time driver positions are available. Successful drivers put safety first and care about customer expectations and satisfaction.

COMPENSATION: Starting at $17.50 per hour! 

Work up to 10-hour shifts, FULL-TIME: 3-5 days a week or PART-TIME: 1-3 days a week.

LOCATION: Essex, MD 21221

QUALIFICATIONS

• Loves to drive and is passionate about customer service
• Must be able to lift packages (up to 50 lbs.) and be able to get in and out of an extra- large van, walk up and down stairs and through driveways in all weather conditions, while delivering packages safely and punctually throughout the day
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license
• Work-related driving experience is a plus

JOB DETAILS & EXPECTATIONS

As a delivery driver for WDC Delivery LLC, you will successfully and safely deliver Amazon packages to residents and businesses. We provide all the tools you’ll need for the day: a company van, a device to log your packages, a dispatcher to assist you as necessary throughout the day, and uniforms.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Safely operate an extra-large van
• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers in a safe, timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Adhere to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Meet expectations and follow company rules and guidelines 

Attendance expectation: It is essential that you show up on time to fulfill your scheduled shifts consistently. We have a strict attendance policy.

Performance expectation: You will receive paid training and continual support to grow as a delivery driver. Weekend availability is required.

Attitude: You’ll need to bring a “can-do” positive outlook, and maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with our clients and their customers.
