Job Title: Part-Time Casual Delivery Driver

Location: Chick-fil-A Collier Township / Bridgeville, PA

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Schedule: On-call / As needed (not regularly scheduled)

Reports To: Catering Director

Position Summary:

As a Part-Time Casual Delivery Driver at Chick-fil-A Collier Township / Bridgeville, you play an important role in extending our hospitality beyond the restaurant. This on-call position supports our catering operation by ensuring orders are delivered accurately, safely, and professionally. You are trusted to represent our brand with care, responsibility, and attention to detail while serving guests off-site.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, as-needed work who take pride in reliability and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Catering Delivery Support: Be available on an on-call basis to deliver catering orders as needed, based on business demand.
  • Accuracy & Responsibility: Verify each catering order for accuracy before departure and ensure safe transport to the delivery location.
  • Core Four & Genuine Hospitality: Deliver every order with Chick-fil-A’s Core Four—Create Eye Contact, Share a Smile, Speak Enthusiastically, and Say “My Pleasure” —while providing genuine hospitality at each delivery location.
  • Professional Representation: Serve guests with a friendly, courteous, and polished demeanor that reflects Chick-fil-A’s hospitality standards.
  • Safe Driving: Operate your personal vehicle safely and responsibly, following all traffic laws and company expectations.
  • Physical Requirements: Lift and carry catering items weighing between 30–50 pounds, including trays, beverage containers, and insulated bags.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with the Catering Director regarding delivery timing, issues, or guest feedback.
  • Vehicle Standards: Maintain a clean, reliable vehicle suitable for food delivery.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
  • Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
  • Previous delivery or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
