Job Description
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in workflow automation, system integration, or business process engineering
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with n8n and Zapier
• Strong experience building scalable workflow automations in enterprise environments
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Strong scripting or programming skills in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation deployment processes
• Understanding of database systems, SQL, and data transformation techniques
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
> Workflow Automation Platforms (Mandatory)
• Candidates must have strong hands-on expertise with:
- n8n
- Zapier
- Make (Make.com) or similar automation tools
• API & Integration Expertise (Mandatory)
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- OAuth 2.0
- JSON/XML data handling
- API authentication and integration patterns

About the Role:
Client is seeking an experienced Automation Workflow Lead to drive enterprise-wide automation initiatives across customer experience, operations, sales, marketing, and support functions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in workflow automation platforms, API integrations, and AI-powered process orchestration to design scalable, secure, and high-performing automation ecosystems.
This role will focus on building intelligent workflow automations that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate business processes across enterprise platforms.
