Required Qualifications

Education/Certification: Board Certified/Board eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Preferred Qualifications
Work experience:

• Fellowship training
• Spine/pain intervention experience

Job Duties:

• Develop and market cancer rehabilitation program and spinal/musculoskeletal disorder clinic.
• Provide complex pain medication management.
• Provide clinical procedures including: nerve blocks, trigger point injections, steroid injections, botox therapy, etc.
• Customize oncology rehabilitation therapy plans for patients.
• General PM&R musculoskeletal medicine.
• Teach residents, medical students, and other scholarly activity.
• Other duties as assigned.
