Quality Systems Engineer – Be the Backbone of Aerospace ExcellenceAt Universal Avionics, we've spent decades building the avionics systems trusted by pilots and operators around the world. Our Quality team is the foundation that ensures every product we deliver meets the highest standards in aerospace, and we're looking for a Quality Systems Engineer who's passionate about building and sustaining that foundation.
This is not a passive compliance role. You'll be an active driver of our Quality Management System, developing procedures, leading audits, building data dashboards, and working directly with engineering, operations, and leadership to keep our QMS sharp, compliant, and continuously improving.

This role is based on-site in Tucson, Arizona. You'll work primarily in an office environment within our electronics assembly facility, with some time on the production floor. ESD precautions and protective eyewear may be required in certain areas.
