Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking a SAS Marketing Campaign Analyst to play an integral role in developing and executing marketing campaigns for Business Banking. The candidate is responsible for campaign management by gathering campaign requirements, data discovery, building campaigns using SAS and collaborating with various internal and external partners. Must be able to work independently with strong analytic, communication, and project management skills.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Engage with the internal business marketing and product teams to execute key initiatives
Interpret business needs into campaign data requirements
Build and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Perform campaign data quality control to verify expected result and campaign requirements are met
Coordinate campaign deliverables to internal and external end users


Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

5+ years of Database Marketing Campaign Operations, Marketing Analytics or related field
Prior SAS coding experience required
Business Banking Marketing Campaign experience preferred
Cloud experience is a huge plus (Azure, Synapse, Databricks, Python, SQL), Cloud migration planned over the next 12 months
Experience extracting data from multiple source systems and relational databases
Analytic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Financial Services experience preferred
Ability to collaborate effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Basic project management experience, ability to lead project from inception to completion
Adobe Workfront Management Platform experience

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00
