We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAS Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAS programming, data analysis, and project leadership. This role involves leading the development and implementation of SAS-based solutions, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical guidance to junior developers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead SAS Development Projects: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of SAS programs and solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data and SAS programs through rigorous testing and validation.
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior SAS developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, statisticians, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
