Job description
- Troubleshoot and install integrated hardware and software
- Provide end-user PC support and maintenance of associate and agent computers
- Assist the IT staff in support of our Windows based networks and applications
- Process general service desk incidents and requests
- Assist with project work as assigned
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology.
- Excellent PC support skills
- Experience setting and/or reformatting computers
- Experience with Word, Excel and Windows developed applications
- Familiarity with software such as Access, SQL, Server and VMWare
- Knowledge of Microsoft environment with Windows 10/11 clients
- Good communication skills, verbal and written
- Ability to relate to and be approachable by all associates
