Busser - Tierra Del Sol

Within the spirit of "Making People's Dreams Come True", responsibilities of this position include maintaining a clean restaurant, both inside & out while delivering Raving Fans customer service to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor dining area, restrooms, restaurant perimeter, and outside patio (if applicable).
• Complete a perimeter check (front and back of restaurant).
• Pre-bussing tables and booths.
• Clearing dirty tables and booths.
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and booths.
• Resetting tables and booths.
• Inspect, clean, restock restroom as needed.
• Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming floors.
• Emptying trash cans.
• Steam clean/hose out garbage cans.
• Maintain appropriate levels of products, restocks as needed.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area & back dock area.
• Having a sense of urgency.
• Assisting and communicating with hosts, servers and other bussers.
• Informs host staff of table/booth status.
• Greets all guests as they walk through the restaurant.
• Thank guests as they are leaving.
• Assisting guests with requests (if applicable), directions, etc.
• Moving tables, chairs, and other furniture to accommodate guests as needed.
• Knowledge of all table numbers & station numbers.
• Recycle products when possible.
• Communicate professionally with co-workers.
• Perform all opening, running, and closing busser duties.
• Practice safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to tolerate exposure to heat, cold, chemicals, and loud/noisy environment.
• Remain calm in a hectic, fast-paced atmosphere.
• Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency.
• Display a positive and outwardly friendly attitude.
• Understand performance criteria, holding themselves accountable through effective coaching and strong follow-through skills.
• Understand and execute an action plan to achieve goals.

Educational/Experience Requirements:
• No prior experience or training.
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
