What we need:

We are currently seeking a Production Artist to join our collaborative Creative team. In this role, you'll assist in the execution of client marketing materials in a precise, efficient and economical manner. You'll also assist in all technical aspects as they relate to the design and layout of creative products.

What you'll do:

Offer insight on production schedules
Work with Account Executives, Designers and/or Art Directors to obtain project specifics
Work alongside the creative teams to ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
Help maintain and oversee creative standards and guidelines
Maintain awareness of current design programs
Maintain the organization of the creative server and all resources (i.e., typefaces, logos, images)
Prioritize workload and manage time effectively

What you'll bring:

Associate or higher degree in related field, such as Advertising, Graphic Design, Commercial Design or Interactive Media Design, or equivalent experience
1-2+ years of digital production experience, diversified industries preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed to contribute within a team-oriented environment
Thorough knowledge of electronic and print production techniques and the ability to make sound recommendations regarding their use
Possess a knowledge of and eye for color and photography
Agility in an ever-changing environment
Demonstrated ability to function independently and be self-motivated
Proficiency in Macintosh applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, PowerPoint and Word
