Position Summary:

The Busser/Backserver will need to have excellent social skills, be highly motivated and feel comfortable working in a demanding position. Employee will be required to multi-task while assisting the bartender with bar preparation (before, during and after shift), delivering food, cleaning, stocking product, re-stocking ice, cleaning/re-stocking glassware, and changing kegs. Candidates also should have sufficient experience and food/wine/liquor knowledge to hit the ground running. Busser/Back Servers interact with guests and bartenders in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way.

THIS POSITION IS LOOKING FOR 1x PART-TIME and 1x FULL-TIME CANDIDATES WITH WEEKEND AVAILABILITY!!!

• A minimum of one year of previous serving, bussing or back server experience
• A valid California Food Handler Card is required
• A valid RBS Certificate is required
• Ability to multi task and move quickly
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds
• Ability to take direction and help service staff, bartenders and managers serve guests.
• Must be available nights and varied days as business dictates
