We're currently seeking a Creative Strategy Intern to join our Agency team. This is an opportunity to contribute to real-world client work, collaborate across disciplines, and gain hands-on experience inside a fast-paced creative environment.
This is a paid internship compensated on an hourly basis.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in brainstorms for creative client work, contributing fresh ideas and strategic thinking
- Conduct market research with primary and secondary sources to uncover actionable insights
- Develop audience personas and customer journeys with both qualitative attributes and quantitative proof points
- Translate in-depth research and immersion into specific strategies that underpin brand positioning and identity
- Brainstorm potential project names and assess for viability
- Write a mix of long- and short-form copy, including research findings, brand narratives, marketing taglines, website copy, ad copy, print collateral, and more
- Present ideas internally and potentially to clients
Requirements
- Recent graduates or fourth-year university students pursuing degrees in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
- Portfolio or classwork examples showcasing strategic thinking, creativity, and versatility in writing
- Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-oriented; eager to ask thoughtful questions, anticipate project needs, and contribute beyond assigned tasks
- Ideally some experience with creative tools, e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Miro
- Interest in real estate, hospitality, and place-based branding industries
- Full-time availability Monday-Friday, June 15, 2026, through August 21, 2026; must be able to report in-person to the DC office 2 days a week, preferable Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Part-time availability in the fall, schedule TBD, August 24, 2026, through the end of the calendar year; in-person optional
