Job description

SourcePro Search has several fantastic opportunities for experienced IP Attorneys in Chicago.
We are seeking candidates with2-4 years with trademark, copyright and advertising practice, including:
  • clearance, filing, prosecution and maintenance;
  • agreements (sponsorship and promotional agreements, entertainment contracts, trademark licenses, M&A, credit agreements and due diligence);
  • TTAB actions;
  • Cease and Desist issuance and response;
  • litigation;
  • UDRP actions;
  • securing GTLD and CCTLD domains;
  • advertising review and claims and defense.

We are also seeking Patent Associates with:
  • a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • and 1-3 years of patent preparation experience and strong patent prosecution skills.
  • Experience with electromechanical technologies is desired.
