Help Desk Intern located in Waukesha, WI

This is an internship for those studying in the IT field with an interest in Help Desk Support. With the guidance of the Help Desk Supervisor, this position will trouble-shoot first-level tickets,track hardware and software inventory, assist departments with reports, and train Silgan staff on new and existing software.

We need you to have:

  • Currently pursuing a two or four-year degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Ability to work part-time or full-time during the summer and a minimum of 15 hours/weekduring the school year, ideally starting in mid-May.
  • The student is in good standing with the school.
