Position Summary
The IT Intern will work under the direct supervision of an IT staff member to assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems. Training will be provided for the IT Intern in areas required to perform duties.
Essential Job Functions/Accountabilities
Provides Help Desk Support
Installs, troubleshoots and repairs computer hardware (PC's, Thin Clients, etc.), and software.
Images new and existing hardware with latest Windows OS, Office products and any other approved software applications.
Works shifts assigned by Help Desk leadership as required by business needs.
All other duties not specifically assigned.
Position Requirements
Education: Actively enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited University with a major in Information Technology. Must have completed a minimum of four (4) semesters.
