Commercial Duct Cleaning Technician - ASCS Certified

Job Duties

• Clean and restore commercial ductwork
• Clean and replace dryer vents

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all service technician essential functions.
• Manage customer relations and exceed customer expectations.
• Document all job activity including reviewing work with the customer.
• Abide by all SERVPRO rules, regulations, and policies contained in the Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and Employment Agreement, including active participation in identifying, reporting, and correcting situations affecting safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) NADCA Certification a MUST
• Capable of working effectively as part of a team.
• Able to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to climb ladders and tolerate heights.
• Able to wear a respirator and pass a Pulmonary Function Test
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and the ability to drive in compliance with company vehicle policy.
• Good verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple functions at the same time.
• Good organizational skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
