We always post our base salary range on our job openings, regardless of if it is required by state and local laws, as well as discuss candidates’ salary expectations during our initial interview. This helps us put pay equity across our organization top of mind during the hiring process. Base salary is only part of your total compensation and rewards package, this role is eligible for a new hire equity grant in the form of stock options and a bonus plan.
Base salary range: $140-180k
