Key Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Sitecore solutions, including Sitecore CMS, XM Cloud, and headless integrations.
- Develop strategic technical roadmaps to support scalable, high-performance digital experiences.
- Hands-on Development:
- Write and review code using C#, NextJS, GraphQL, and PowerShell, ensuring adherence to best practices in Sitecore development.
- Oversee integration strategies for headless architecture, ensuring seamless connectivity between front-end and back-end systems.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and architectural assessments to maintain high quality standards.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure all solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and industry best practices.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance the architecture and development practices.
- Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to streamline deployments, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and ensure optimal system performance.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS and XM Cloud.
- Proven expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C# development.
- Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks and technologies such as NextJS and GraphQL.
- Solid experience in headless architecture integration and modern API-based communication.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.
- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Industry certifications in Sitecore or related digital experience platforms.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
