Master Data Analyst - Contract - Fort Worth, TX
Drive data integrity and governance excellence across the US supply chain as a Master Data Analyst.
Proclinical is seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the establishment and maintenance of regional master data governance frameworks for product and customer data within the US supply chain. This role ensures data integrity, compliance with regulatory and quality standards, and alignment with global governance frameworks.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will act as a functional expert in lifecycle management and finished goods specification, drive continuous improvement initiatives, resolve complex data issues, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance data quality and system integrations. Additionally, you will foster organizational adoption of governance practices through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
Skills & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or other Business disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and supply chain processes.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP and data governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
The Master Data Analyst's responsibilities will be:
  • Develop, document, and maintain master data management standards for product and customer data, enforcing governance procedures and ensuring data integrity across systems.
  • Define standard operating procedures, process flows, and related documentation for product and customer master data governance.
  • Act as a functional expert for Finished Good Specification management and item setup within the Lifecycle Management Process.
  • Collaborate with data owners and the Global Master Data organization to align strategies, policies, and controls.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory requirements, and internal governance policies throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Analyze systems for errors, troubleshoot integration issues, and recommend end-to-end process improvements.
  • Perform mass data updates and cleansing activities in ERP systems to improve master data standards.
  • Deliver testing support for new system enhancements and integrations.
  • Research and resolve complex data issues, prioritize resolutions, and handle escalations.
  • Communicate master data status, risks, and decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Conduct periodic training and workshops to drive adoption of data governance processes.
  • Lead and coordinate regional initiatives related to Product Master Data, ensuring timely project execution.
  • Track and report on item setup progress, identify priority items, and address potential risks.
  • Develop and execute training for internal stakeholders on governance rules and processes.
