Job Summary
The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for leading and supervising field crews while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Premier Services' high-quality standards. This role serves as a key link between crew members and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape maintenance crews in daily operations
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets company quality standards
- Operate and oversee the use of commercial landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Drive company vehicles and perform daily inspections
- Delegate tasks to crew members to ensure efficient job completion
- Accurately track and submit crew timesheets for weekly payroll
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License and ability to meet company driving/insurability standards
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, or horticulture
- Proven experience leading a crew as a Foreman or Crew Lead
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Willingness to work a consistent schedule with occasional weekend work during peak seasons
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
- Frequent bending, lifting, climbing, and physical activity
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
