About the LocationCollaborative Work Environment:

About the JobThe Role: As a Financial Analyst, you’ll be a key player in supporting our financial team. You’ll assist with budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to important financial decisions. This role is designed for someone who is enthusiastic about learning and eager to grow within the finance field.
What You’ll Do:
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Support the completion of close-related tasks such as journal entries and reconciliations.
- Help build and maintain financial models to analyze data and generate insights.
Business Support:
- Collaborate with team members and assist in data analysis for business reviews and reports.
- Identify and communicate key trends and variances to help address performance issues and opportunities.
- Work closely with various departments to support financial queries and provide data-driven insights.
Project Assistance:
- Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
- Provide support to senior team members on key initiatives and projects.
- Learn and grow in areas such as data analysis tools and financial software.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical role, or relevant internships.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with financial software.
- Ability to work with and analyze data, with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Personal Attributes:
- Strong analytical skills and a desire to learn and grow.
- Good communication skills with the ability to present data clearly.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for problem-solving and supporting financial processes.
