This is a part time position.
Hourly Rate of $18 - $25.00 per hour, plus a monthly car allowance

Pet Paradise Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Associate to perform general maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair work for our resort.
Required Qualifications:
- Two to Four years of related experience
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Must maintain personal automobile insurance with minimum liability coverage limits as outlined in Company's Employee Driver Policy
- Must pass a background check including criminal record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience and knowledge HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs
- Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school
