We operate many high volume restaurants in the PA/DE/VA/MD market that fall into the Casual Dining + category, meaning high quality food and drink in a great atmosphere that won't break the bank (you can go to often). Restaurant Managers are responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations; they model and demonstrate leadership that is grounded in the company's core values. They enjoy what they do and like to have fun and be a part of a fantastic high energy and high quality brand.

You should have:

2-3 years of restaurant management
High-volume ($3 million +) restaurant
Stable job history
Proven success in leading and developing restaurant teams
History of providing outstanding guest and team member experiences
Track record of running a profitable restaurant business
Strong passion for guest service
Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that support great execution
