Job Description

• Provide amazing customer service.
• Assist servers during busy times.
• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare a table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Manage closing duties as well as cleaning procedures at the closing time.
• Transport all dirty tableware from the dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

• Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand for the duration of shifts.
• Requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at a given time.
• Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge of Passion Restaurant Group products and procedures.
• Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to provide own transportation.
