The Hollywood Roosevelt- Tropicana Runner

The Hollywood Roosevelt is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner to support our Food & Beverage service teams. This role is essential in ensuring seamless delivery of food and beverages while maintaining the flow, organization, and cleanliness of service and kitchen areas. The Runner plays a key part in creating a smooth and memorable guest experience by supporting servers, bartenders, and the culinary team.

What You Will Do

As a Runner, you will deliver food items to guests accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dishes are presented with the proper accompaniments according to the chef’s standards. You will assist with various aspects of table service, including delivering beverages, bussing and resetting tables, and responding promptly to guest needs.

You will maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and ingredients, as well as general hotel and local area information. Additional responsibilities include stocking and maintaining service tools and equipment, completing opening, running, and closing side duties, and keeping work areas clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
