Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Key Runner / Site Access Coordinator to support operations at a condominium property in the final stages of construction in Tarpon Springs, FL. This role is essential for maintaining site security while ensuring authorized personnel have timely access to various areas of the building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control access to multiple locked units and entry points across the property
  • Meet contractors, vendors, inspectors, and authorized personnel at designated locations to unlock doors as needed
  • Ensure all doors are properly secured after use to maintain site safety and prevent unauthorized entry
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and construction teams to prioritize access requests efficiently
  • Remain on-site and responsive throughout the workday to handle access needs
  • Monitor general activity and report any suspicious behavior or security concerns


Requirements:

  • Strong reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to stay on your feet and move throughout the property for extended periods
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Comfortable working in an active construction environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and respond quickly to requests
  • Must be able to work extended hours as needed


Schedule:

  • Approximately 55-60 hours per week
  • Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays required
