Key Responsibilities:

Quality & Consistency:

  • Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately, ensuring they meet the highest standards. Takes orders smoothly and accurately, applying discounts and modifiers as needed. Helps guests make decisions and is knowledgeable on our menu and offerings.
  • Work with team members to maintain accuracy and consistency, setting the bar for hospitality and quality.

Speed & Efficiency:

  • Anticipate team needs and keep operations moving smoothly during busy times.
  • Multitask effectively, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery while maintaining a calm, organized work environment.
  • Lead by example, setting the pace for the team and ensuring the flow remains steady.

Knowledge & Technical Skill:

  • Handle all front-of-house tasks, including orders, discounts, and modifiers, smoothly and efficiently.
  • Act as a go-to resource for team questions, training, and FOH coordination.

Cleanliness & Sanitation:
