MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to grow the bar business through your great service skills
• Greeting guests and making a menu and drink recommendations and answering the question.
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with Bomba Tacos + Bar's drink recipes.
• Able to suggest selling specialty drinks and grow your check average.
• Can handle multiple guests at a time while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Maintaining all bottles and glasses attractively and functionally to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverages.
• Assisting in the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the bar including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age
• Have a working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor, and common drink recipes
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, managers, and dining room personnel
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 5 hours)

• Experience bartending preferred.
• High school degree preferred.
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages is highly preferred.
• Ability to stand for a long time, as well as lift heavy objects like kegs.
• Ability to handle money and conduct transactions swiftly.
• Of legal age to serve based on State requirements.
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift to 40 pounds
