Supply Chain Assistant (Entry-Level) - Elk Grove Village, IL
$22/hour - $26/hour (Plus full benefits)

The Supply Chain Assistant is an entry-level, office-based role that supports backend operations, system accuracy, and data integrity across multiple business units.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, internal systems, and cross-functional teams. You will play a key role in ensuring operational information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly reported to leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Verify inventory, shipment, and order data within internal ERP and supply chain systems
- Audit system entries for discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies
- Ensure accurate data flow between transportation, procurement, and operations teams
- Maintain digital documentation and standardized reporting formats
- Generate weekly reports for upper management utilizing Excel
- Communicate with internal departments to validate data inputs
Qualifications:
- Associates Degree
- Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- Microsoft Office experience (specifically Excel: experience with VLOOKUPS, pivot tables, etc.)
- Data driven, analytical, accurate
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
