Esthetician Job Description

We currently are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic part-time contract Esthetician for our upscale spa environment at Spa Marbella at Mission Inn Resort.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide excellent Guest Service
Recognize, support and achieve personal and team goals
Evaluating clients' skin condition and appearance and discussing treatment options and products
Responsible for performing skin care treatments such as facials, exfoliation, and other procedures
Educate Guests with knowledge and confidence on the services, products and programs available
Recommend and perform protocols and signature services with consistency
Remove body and facial hair by applying wax
Suggest retail therapeutic products to enhance the Guests experience at home
Sterilize equipment and clean work areas
Keep records of client needs and preferences and the services provided
Create a team environment

Qualifications:

Comply with local and state licensing laws and regulations
Carry personal liability insurance
Be Guest Service oriented and able to communicate effectively with Guests
Be a team player
Believe in regular massage therapy as part of a healthy lifestyle
