General Summary:
The Photographer is responsible for prepping, shooting and editing photography content. This position is accountable for producing photography content for multiple channels, including print signage, websites, social media and other digital platforms.  This position works closely with the Sr. Creative Manager to develop photography content that reflects the strategic priorities and brand voice of the company.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce and edit high-end photography that reinforces brand look and messaging
  • Collaborate with Sr. Creative Manager to develop, refine, communicate and execute the creative vision for brand strategy
  • Maintain brand identity for all photography content
  • Collaborate with studio photography team to concept, develop and edit product photography content for campaigns and promotions
  • Manage photography support for internal and external events
  • Manage and organize photography assets
  • Oversee, coordinate and execute lifestyle photo shoots
  • Travel to various locations for photo shoots and support
  • Monitor consumer trends and look for opportunities to elevate photography
  • Shoot and edit quality photography that meets tight deadlines
  • Continuously strive for innovation

 

Requirements (knowledge, skills & abilities):

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of professional photography experience
  • Expert in photo editing using Adobe Suite
  • Demonstrated excellence in visual layout and branding
  • Expert understanding of photography fundamentals and principles
  • Experienced in DSLR and mirrorless cameras
  • Experience with lifestyle photo shoots
  • Experience with product photography
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with ability to effectively manage time and oversee internal and external projects
  • Works well under pressure, responds to feedback well, and maintains a positive attitude
  • Superior interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Must be very organized and be able to prioritize and reprioritize assignments as needed
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Proven organizational skills, creativity, and professionalism
  • Strong ability to multi-task
