Our mission is to exceed expectations by delivering superior results in every project. We are seeking a motivated AI & IT Intern to support both our technical operations and emerging AI initiatives. This role is a mix of hands on IT support and innovative AI work, ideal for someone interested in both infrastructure and new technologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with setup and configuration of hardware in the office and on job sites (computers, printers, phones, and networking equipment)
  • Help establish and troubleshoot internet connectivity at job sites
  • Provide basic IT support, including resolving software issues and responding to internal helpdesk tickets (e.g., Microsoft-related issues)
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors to resolve technical problems
  • Support maintenance and organization of IT systems and equipment both in the office and on jobsites
  • Assist in developing AI prompts and simple AI agents/tools
  • Help implement AI solutions to review project plans and scopes for efficiency and insights

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting
  • Interest in artificial intelligence and automation tools
  • Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn
  • Critical Thinker
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non technical team members
