What you will be doing:

• Maintain existing custom applications, reports and interface programs using Microsoft.NET, c#, Oracle PLSQL and / Or SQL server RDBMS and DNA App Creator including development Where necessary.
• Configure, maintain and support the reporting Archive Nautilus
• Create, maintain and monitor Job processes in OPCON Scheduling Software for all the file interfaces that Jovia is responsible for.
• Analyze and correct production and testing issues where necessary which includes interacting with the product vendor on a case by case basis.
• Follow established SDLC and change management procedures for installing code in various environments.
• Participate in all FISERV DNA Hotfix, version upgrade installations.
• Analyze, Create and correct production and testing environment Application Configuration which include DNA, MeridianLink, IMM and others Products Jovia uses.
• Knowledgeable in maintenance, development and debugging of applications in Microsoft.NET, C#, PLSQL/T-SQL, Restful API, JSON and Python environments.
• Knowledgeable in any Job Flow or Scheduling Software.

What we need from you:

• College degree is preferred with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Software  applications programming. 
• Must have technical expertise with Windows Operating Systems(server and Workstation), Application Programming in RDBMS(Oracle and Or SQL server), report writing and utilities.
• Configuration and installation of application Systems is required.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required, willing to travel, if necessary, for educational and disaster recovery purposes,
• Knowledgeable in Supporting Applications Developed in Microsoft.NET, C#, PLSQL/T-SQL.
• Knowledgeable in Windows (Server and Workstation) Operating System and utility program operations.
• Knowledgeable in Job Flow or Scheduling Software.
• Expected to be available either remote or on-site, for technical support during off-hours, weekends and/or holidays for emergencies, staff-shortage and other extenuating circumstances.

Work From Home Requirements:

• Internet speed of 100mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
• Able to dedicate a quiet space for daily work that is free of sound interruptions.
• All equipment will be provided by Jovia (Computer, Monitor, Headset)
