Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a "Restaurant Server-Part Time" for Gold Dust West Reno. The GDW Reno is located in the central downtown gaming district and has been a local's favorite since 1977. It features the latest and hottest slot machines, full-service bars, and the ever-popular Grille restaurant.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Familiarity with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation & promotions.
  • Maintain a clean work area, professional appearance, and present positive customer service techniques
  • Ensures consistency & quality
  • Provide service to guests while dining
  • Assist Busser in pre-bussing of tables
  • Set up or close of wait station
  • Clean stations and tables
  • Complete daily side work
  • Assist guests with questions regarding activities on the property
  • Practice TIPS awareness and the responsible serving of alcohol

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions
  • Strong communications skills
  • Liquor card required
  • Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills
  • Knowledge of Infogenesis & Patron systems helpful
