Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland - Independence


The Restaurant Bistro Server - PM plays a crucial role in delivering excellent dining experiences during evening shifts. Responsible for managing individual service tables, this position focuses on providing attentive customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The server will work primarily with a standard restaurant menu and follow safety and hygiene regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and take accurate food and beverage orders
  • Deliver food and drinks promptly and courteously to tables
  • Set up tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems efficiently
