Job Overview:

The Bistro Attendant at Courtyard by Marriott Biloxi/D'Iberville is responsible for providing excellent service in the bistro, including greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive dining experience for guests and supporting the efficient operation of the bistro.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service:

  • Greet guests warmly as they enter the bistro and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Assist with seating guests, presenting menus, and explaining specials or menu items.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly, ensuring special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.

Food & Beverage Service:

  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all orders are prepared and presented according to bistro standards.
  • Check in with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or additional needs promptly.

Bistro Maintenance:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Clear and clean tables between guests and reset them for new guests.
