Position Summary:
Bennett Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly, dependable, and guest-focused Bistro Attendant for a Courtyard by Marriott property. This position is responsible for delivering excellent food and beverage service in The Bistro, creating a welcoming and efficient dining experience for hotel guests during breakfast and evening service. The ideal candidate enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in exceptional guest service.


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service. 
  • Prepare and serve menu items, beverages, coffee drinks, and grab-and-go selections according to brand standards. 
  • Operate POS system and accurately process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions. 
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of The Bistro, kitchen prep areas, dining room, and beverage stations. 
  • Restock food, beverages, utensils, and supplies throughout each shift. 
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service procedures. 
  • Assist with inventory rotation, product freshness, and waste control. 
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and cash reconciliation. 
  • Respond to guest questions and resolve concerns professionally. 
  • Communicate effectively with front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. 
  • Uphold Marriott service standards and company expectations. 

Qualifications:

  • Prior food service, hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred. 
  • Positive attitude with excellent communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. 
  • Basic computer and cash handling skills. 
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality. 
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds. 
  • Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
