Job description

Responsible for supervising the front-of-house food and beverage staff, which includes assisting with conducting shift meetings, reviewing daily food and drink specials, assisting the staff in maintaining dining service standards, handling member issues and complaints, conducting performance coaching and discipline as needed, processing end-of-day reports and closing procedures, and ensuring that all opening and closing work is completed throughout the shift. May supervise up to twenty (20) Food & Beverage Waitstaff.
