Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Servers for the Winter 2026-2027 season!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist in the set-up and preparation of the dining outlets for the season
  • Provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency of experience specific to each Restaurant Outlet assigned
  • Take and serve orders
  • Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table
  • Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation
  • Attend to Members and guests upon entrance
  • Know or learn Member names immediately
  • Present menus and help Members and guests select food/beverages
  • Answer questions pertaining to the Restaurant menus
  • Relay any special dietary restrictions and special requests to the culinary staff
  • Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership
  • Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service throughout the course of the meal
  • Present check in a timely manner
  • May coordinate and instruct other servers.

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury resort or private club setting
  • Basic computer or point of sale system skills
  • Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly
  • Perform basic math calculations
  • Regularly required to talk and/or hear
  • Frequently lift up to 30 pounds
  • Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items
  • Constantly required to stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, paid for by the employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers
